J. Bruce Preston, B. Comm, LL.B, Legal Counsel

A graduate of both the Universities of British Columbia and of Victoria, a member of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Law Society of BC, Mr. Preston has been practicing law in BC for more than 20 years. In acting for small and medium corporate clients as well as individuals, he deals with incorporations, business acquisitions and contracts, real estate transactions and estate matters.

As a principal in the law firm of Preston, Clark, McLeod LLP of Vancouver, he acts as legal counsel for the Korle-Bu Neuroscience Foundation, a registered British Columbia non-profit society and the governing arm of the Korle-Bu Neuroscience Project.
